Perfect combinations of veggies will provide the salmon with amazing flavors. This dinner will be on the weekly menu and enjoyed again and again.
INGREDIENTS
• 2 tbsp. coconut oil
• 8 oz. diced smoked salmon
• 2 zucchinis, peeled into strands or spiraled
• ¼ cup mayo
DIRECTIONS
1. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and melt the oil. Add the salmon and cook for 3 minutes.
2. Add the “pasta” and sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Turn the heat off and stir in the mayo. Combine well.
4. Serve and enjoy!
