Keto Berry Salad

Summer is here, BBQ and grilling are on our minds. But, lets not forget the healty berries that are seasonal; this includes blackberries and strawberries for this recipe. This recipe combines a refreshing salad of berries, greens, and grilled or pan fried chicken. I prefer grilled chicken; afterall, summer is here!

SERVES: 2 – 4 PREP: 10 Minutes

TOTAL TIME: 20 Minutes

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl combine the seasonings and mix. Season the chicken lightly with the mix. Now it is your choice, bake, grill or pan-fry it. Chop.
  2. Now mix the salad ingredients and add the chicken and drizzle with the dressing.
  3. Serve and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 Romaine Lettuce
• 1 chicken breast
• 1/8 tsp. Turmeric, ground
• ¼ tsp. Black pepper
• 1 tsp. Oregano
• ¼ Tsp. garlic powder
• 1 ½ tbsp. sea salt
• 5 strawberries
• ½ cup of blueberries
• ¼ cup almonds, toasted
• Basil Lemon Salad Dressing
