  1. Grease a nonstick skillet and heat it over medium heat.
  2. Place the bell pepper rings and let them sauté for about 2
    minutes. Flip them and add the eggs inside. Season with
    pepper and salt to taste and let them cook for 2-4 minutes,
    according to your taste.
  3. Repeat this for all 6 eggs.
  4. Serve garnished with parsley and chives.
